Imagine a weekend to reconnect, reflect and refresh — where familiar faces, shared roots and new friendships come together in one welcoming weekend. From a friendly village-style picnic and open social evening, to a Sunday of meaningful conversations that touch every generation.

We’ll begin with a relaxed Saturday afternoon gathering, set in community sports club’s grounds (or weather-proof) setting, where laughter, stories and memories flow easily. It’s a chance to reconnect with others who share the same proud heritage from your South Gujarat village — and to meet those you may not have known you were already connected to. The venue is offered free of charge, and our friendly organising team is here to help both smaller and bigger gaam groups with catering ideas, if you’d like to host or share food together.

As evening arrives, you’ll have time to explore your own plans — perhaps catching up with friends in London or Luton, or joining others for a laid-back dinner or chat at a local speciality Indian restaurant/bar. The night is yours to make new memories.

Then, on Sunday, we come together again — this time for meaningful conversations that touch every generation, from toddler to great grandparents. We’ll explore topics that matter deeply to our lives and families: some light, others challenging, but all designed to strengthen understanding, resilience and community spirit.

Time: 2pm – 7pm
Location: Harrow RFC, Wood Lane, Stanmore HA7 4LF
Agenda: The event will kick off with lighthearted ice-breaker activities, set in a relaxed picnic setting, designed to spark conversations, ease introductions, and create connections.

Day 2 – Sun 19th April 2026
Time: 10am – 4pm (incl. lunch)
Location: Croxley Green Business Park, Hatters Lane, Watford WD18 8YH
Agenda: Inspiring keynote seminars with interactive breakout sessions, offering both big-picture insights and smaller group discussions to deepen learning and provide practical takeaways.
